Run for cover! Nicolina is out to update! lol
Sorry for the lack of updates. My parents set a new rule: No computers or cyber stuff during weekdays. Except for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, provided that I have finish my homework.
My mom just let me go online because... Hmmm. I think it goes with her fever. Mom feels bad and all, but she and her friends have a reunion, and she doesn't know if she will go or not.
Tomorrow is Linggo ng Wika!!!! We will wear those old stuff our ancestors use to wear in their times. There is a modeling thingamajig and our boy representative, Emil aka the funny guy who sit behind me will wear a bahag!!!
A bahag is what Igorot boys wear. It covers only their you-know-whats and their other-you-know-what can be seen! This sweeping time, Emil told us his bahag has "No Fear" on it! lol
As for our girl representative, I donnot know what she will modeled out there. Probably something Igorot women wear to matched our boy representative's attire.
Let me tell you more:
We will marched out the school. Yes, outside. Not before those large gates, but in front of them. Maybe even farther.
Today, everyone kept asking each other what they will wear. My mom still doesn't know, for I have two to choose from. She will let me tried them on to see which looks best.
There is a classroom cleanliness contest. And since it is the Buwan ng Wika, our classroom's bulletin board's decorations will be related to the Filipino stuff. We looked at our competition (other fourth grade sections) and we saw Ivory put decoration on their wall!!! The rule clearly says: "Decorations on the wall are not allow for they can destroy the paint." Kassandra and I think their advisor is too over acting (OA) because she said, "No barrio fiesta if we don't finish our bulletin board!"
Mrs. R, our advisor, just made our bulletin board today and I think it rocks. It has all those Philippine stuff plus, all of them (or at least most of them) are recycled materials. Like those dried twigs, that tiny bahay kubo on the board, those cut outs of those pics and those coconut thingies.
We swept a lot earlier. The inspections of the cleanliness contest was tomorrow, so we had to prepare and all.
Mrs. R told us to place these old projects of ours on the table where our barrio fiesta will be. Emil and Charles played with Ina's project of the skeletal system, and made holes on the eyeholes and pelvis. Charles sang, "I have three hands. One in my stomach, one on the left and one on the right," and "I have two heads, the left and the right." lol I was laughing my head off at the jokes and tricks and funny stuff they did with the project.
Well, I can't wait to surf the net right now. Tata.
